A new Honor smartphone with model number FNE-AN00 has been spotted on China’s TENAA certification site. The listing, as always, does not reveal the device name. But, a reliable Chinese tipster @WHYLAB suggests that it could be an Honor 70 series phone.
The TENAA listing for the Honor FNE-AN00 reveals some key details about the phone, including display, battery capacity, network support, operating system, and device measurements.
As per the TENAA listing, the alleged Honor 70 series phone supports 5G connectivity. It is listed to come with a 6.67-inch display. According to WHYLAB, the device will feature an OLED panel. The device has a rated capacity of 4,800mAh, likely to have a typical capacity of around 5,000mAh.
The Honor smartphone will boot Android 12 out of the box. It measures 161.4 x 73.3 x 7.91mm. There’s not much known about the device as it has just started surfacing on the internet. We’ll have more details once the TENAA listing gets filled with complete details or through leaks.
Honor 70 will be a successor to the Honor 60 which was launched last year. The company announced three devices under the Honor 60 series: Honor 60 SE, Honor 60, and Honor 60 Pro. So, we can expect at least three phones in the Honor 70 series too.
The vanilla Honor 60 has a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10 support. Under the hood, it is powered by a Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. The phone features a triple camera setup on the back that includes a 108MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. It comes with a 32MP selfie camera. Honor 60 packs a 4,800mAh battery and supports 66W fast charging.
