Keen, a web and Android app, allows users to create a “Keen” (similar to a Pinterest board) for any subject they are interested in.

“On Keen, you tell us what you’d like to spend some time on, and we’ll curate material from the web and people you know to help you get there.”

CJ Adams, Co-founder, Keen.

Keen, a web and Android app, allows users to create a “Keen” (similar to a Pinterest board) for any subject they are interested in. Keen is a founder of Region 120, Google’s creative project workshop. Keen allows you to curate your favorite content, share it with others, and discover new content based on what you’ve saved. It can be about everything, from making tasty bread at home to learning about birds or studying typography.

The Keen team collaborated closely with Google’s People and AI Research (PAIR) team, which focuses on human-centered machine learning systems. We use Google Search and the latest in machine learning to keep an eye out for useful material relevant to your preferences for each keen you make.
People may also follow keens created by others, which helps them to explore thousands of community-curated lists and get updates as new products are added.

“Keen isn’t supposed to be a place where you can waste hours browsing. Instead, it’s a home for your passions: a place to nurture them, share them with loved ones, and learn more about them.”
