Google Assistant was first announced on 18 May 2016 with Google Allo(a Messaging app from Google), which has been discontinued by the company. Till now, when you command the assistant it pop-ups web results, various cards, or simply opens the commanded application. But, sometimes the assistant returned with a text response that has been modified for better aid visibility.

Google Assistant’s visual response used to appear in text bubbles earlier, but now Assistant has been improved, showing text in larger and bold font. This change doesn’t show when you ask general queries like the weather or with calendar cards. Instead, the new text is shown whenever a more casual response is offered, identical to asking Google Assistant “OK, Google! Tell me a Joke.”

The change passes by the chat bubble idea and makes things clearer and easier to read for the users. This new update can be seen on almost all of the latest version of the Google application, if you are still not able to see these changes make sure to update your Google application.
