The Gionee Max was launched in August in the previous year, and now with February coming to an end, the smartphone brand is all set to launch its successor, the Gionee Max Pro. The Gionee Max Pro will launch in India on 1 March at 12 pm. This was confirmed by the company. The smartphone boasts of a 6.52-inch HD+ Display with a tiny waterdrop notch in the IPS LCD display that houses the 5 MP front camera. The phone is said to come with a 1.6 GHz quad-core processor, HD+ display, an astounding 6,000mAh battery, a 13 MP single rear camera, and many more interesting features. Though the price of the smartphone has not been revealed yet, it is sure to be a budget-friendly alternative for all Android lovers.
Gionee Max Specifications
Gionee Pro Max boasts of a 6.52-inch HD+ Display along with a 720 x 1600 resolution. A tiny waterdrop notch in the IPS LCD display houses the 5 MP front camera. Uncovering further, an octa-core processor clocking at 1.6 GHz is also included. Moreover, a Unisoc SC9863A processor is used to draw power. 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory are also included in the performance unit which can be further expanded to up to 256 GB. Coming down to optics, a 13 MP single rear camera setup; a 5 MP front camera is present for selfies.
A 6000 mAh battery is also packed in through a Micro-USB port. Various connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, etc. are also available. The smartphone won’t have a fingerprint scanner but it has other sensors including a Light sensor, Proximity sensor, and Accelerometer. Lastly, only one storage configuration of 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory completes the smartphone. It is currently offered in three color variations: Black, Royal Blue, and Red.
Gionee Max Price in India
Coming to the pricing of the predecessor, the Gionee Max, it is priced at Rs. 5,999 for the 2 GB | 32 GB version. Hence, the Gionee Max Pro will be priced at a little higher rate.
