Just a few days after Apple was rumoured to be working on new colour variants for the Beats Studio Buds, Beats has finally announced three new colour coats for its Studio Buds that will now be available in blue, grey, and pink alongside the existing black, white, and red options that have been available since last year.

The new colour variations of the “fastest-selling Beats product to date, globally” will be available for a price tag of $150 (around Rs 11,428) at all Apple stores across the USA as well as different third party retailers starting from today. However, it is expected to take some time until they are made available in India and other regions.

What’s New?

As far as the design and specification are concerned, the new colour variants are nothing but a new colour coat and all three of the new buds still offer the same design and technology as earlier except for the new and improved Beats App for Android.

This includes a stemless design that offers a clickable button along with support for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), dedicated Transparency modes, as well as support for Basic Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos minus the head tracking if you’re using Apple Music.

Apart from the three new colour variants, Beats has also announced some new enhancements for the Beats App on Android that now offers a new “Locate My Beats” feature for tracking down your misplaced Studio Buds along with a couple of new widgets that allow you to view battery status, switch listening modes and so on right from the home screen.
